The master competency matrix, glossary, templates, and the PM canon.
This is the quick-lookup layer of the Atlas, the shelf you reach for when you don't want an essay, you want an answer. The other domains argue a point of view. These notes mostly don't. They flatten the model into tables you can scan, define the words I use elsewhere, hand you copy-paste skeletons, and answer the questions I get asked most. The opinions are still mine where it matters (the canon and the myths are deliberately argued), but the matrix and the glossary are built to be neutral and correct rather than persuasive.
The single most useful page here is The Master Competency Matrix, the entire competency model in one grid. If you only bookmark one note in the Atlas, bookmark that.
